CCC Kids Self Check In Registration

Completing this registration form will enroll your children into the CCC Kids Check-in system. Please make sure to enter all the information for each child in your household and the phone numbers for the adults in your home who are authorized to pick up your children. You will use those phone numbers to check them in.
